    Title: Obsidian Crown merchant load times are slow (~33 seconds)
    Reproduction Rate: first time only - subsequent loads are much faster
    Blocker? No
    Details: Noticed that crown merchant load times are slow - even the original ones with just a handful of items.
    Steps to Reproduce: Interact with an Obsidian Crown Merchant, and wait for their inventory to load. Took about 33 seconds on this system below.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12) System RAM: 32678
