    Title: Obsidian forge sound continues after you leave the obsidian forge area

    Details: The obsidian forge in hilt fortress has it's low hum sound continue after you leave the obsidian forge area. It will continue until you change zones or a certain (very long) amount of time has passed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the obsidian forge in hilt fortress then leave to another area of the fortress. The sound will remain. The sound should deactivate after you leave a certain range of the obsidian forge. But instead continues.
