    Details: Both the Obsidian Item of Unlearning & Obsidian Item of Greater Unlearning have the following description on each item:
    To use this item, place it in your inventory, then open your Skills window. Right-Click any skill, then select "Instant Unlearn." The skill will not be untrained and will only reduce to it's minimum allowable value (1, 10, 20, 40 or 80) to ensure all presently trained in its branch can still be trained. The skill point reduction will provide 100% experience point return to your experience pool.

    This states specifically using this item will return 100% xp back for using this item on a skill to unlearn it.

    The player guide in the Resetting Skill Points section states this:
    Players that wish to reset their skill points can purchase an Obsidian Item of Unlearning from the in-game Crown Store in the “Other” category. This magical scroll can reduce all skills in one skill tree down to their minimum levels and recover 90% of the experience points used to level it. An Obsidian Item of Greater Unlearning will recover 90% of the experience points used for all skills within a category. These points are returned to your experience pool so they can be used to increase other skill levels.

    This states specifically using this item will return 90% xp back for using this item on a skill to unlearn it.

    I don't know which one of these has the correct percentage value we receive back for using these items.

    I do not know of any way possible to actually test and confirm this value, as we can't see the current xp spent on a trained skill. Possibly a dev account can?
