   I noticed my obsidian cloak from the bundle has gone down in durability. I thought store bought items could not lose durability. Can it be repaired later?

   All items will lose durability but typically add-on store type items won't lose Maximum durability.
   
   So you should be able to repair it to full using tailor repair kits.
