Off duty npc in etceter

half of them stay where there shop is and when you talk to them they just tell you there off duty and turn there back on you (literally lol). the other half are wondering aimlessly around the tavern. I think there schedules and ai needs some help.

 

fyi, i just got through waiting over 10 minutes for them to come back on duty, i gave up and logged out. ridiculous, I don't care what your trying to do with there stupid schedule, people will just find something else to do in the end, I don't think this benefits your game at all, i can understand waiting a few, but that wait was really ridiculous.
