Off Hand Weapon Keeps Disappearing.

    1. Title: Disappearing Offhand Weapon
    2. Reproduction Rate: Many Many Times
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: I frequently find that after I had died and resurrected that my Offhand Weapon is no longer on my body or in my inventory. I have to log in and out to get that weapon back, After logging back in it is in place on my Avatar, This along with the crashes has caused me to log in and out probably close to 30 times in two hours. This is getting ridiculous.
