Offline Mode: Free taxed lot deed

    I'm playing in offline mode and have received my free taxed lot deed after completing the Path of the Oracle.

    I've spent a bit of time decorating it, a was wondering what will happen if I don't play for a few weeks and the tax is due. If I understand correctly, in online mode, the contents of the lot are moved to the bank (is that right?). Does the same apply in offline mode?
