   Started an offline character. I notice there is a "Save" option in the log out. Is it necessary to save game every time I play? TIA

   there are autosaves, but if you want to, say, experiment with different quest choices or test gear you only have the stuff to make one of, you can make yourself an actual save point and return to it after
