old quests not clearing (760) update

    Title: old quests not clearing (760) update
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: older quests which i have completed are not clearing from the compass (they are cleared from the journal however)
    Steps to Reproduce: finish the quests.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor (4) System RAM: 16381
    GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series GPU RAM: 2028
    SotA.Win.64.760.Date.04.04.18
    Area: Novia_R6_City_StormsReach
    Area Display Name: Storms Reach
    Loc: (155.3, 36.0, 273.2)

    will update when new quests pop up that are not clearing.

    I was basically told to reset my quests to fix this. it only resets your quests / quest items. It doesn't touch your skills, house placement etc.

    They are supposed to have quest fixing support now, and have asked for bug reports of quests not clearing.

    However, @rpgmaniac82 I think they need the names of which quests aren't clearing. Every journal entry has a title, this is what they need. Most compass quests have a quest title too.

    My quests that are not clearing

    1. Talk to Bridget - I ALREADY gave her news of her husband and received the banner. Still have the sparklies...
    2. Ask Wycliffe if he needs help - I killed the lich..he thanked me, said "A mighty lord of the undead is fallen..." I STILL have sparklies...

    I am in Blood River and glowing blue on the compass it shows: Highvale: Find Cyrannis
    I already did the Highvale quests.

    Also I did the Aerie quest with the Lord, in Aerie Castle, who is accused of loaning money and then taking peoples' businesses( I forget his name).
    I finished that quest but it also stills shows glowing blue on my compass.( but at least it is in the right town)

    It's Lord Harcourt Drumplemouth in Aerie. Quest cleared from my diary when I finished it but the sparkly marker persists.
