    Title: On Hit (5%): Weapon Strength Damage enchant... not doing anything
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I have the On Hit (5%): Weapon Strength Damage enchant that gives +33% Weapon SDD Bonus for 1 minute on my plate chest... when I get hit the buff appears below my nameplate but when you hover over damage when the proc is active vs. inactive, the damage of skills do not change.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get this proc on chest, get hit, look at damage on glyphs, dismiss buff and damage does not change.
