One more in rovering encounters

    Title: Just find a non-aggro encounter
    Reproduction Rate: Only once
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    - At the location bellow, there was a skeleton. It did not aggro on me and i could not start the encounter for a while. I even clicked him sometimes, but nothing i did caught his attention.

    - Then after sometime from it wandering, it turned to patrol back, and JUST then he saw me and attacked. I wonder if it was because i was on it's back but it don't make sense since i was that close.

    It happened only once on rovering encounters.
