Opening inventory causes entire client to lock up

    Title: Opening inventory causes entire client to lock up
    Reproduction Rate: About 1/3 of the time.
    Blocker? No
    Details: On overworld, in town, or in any zone, opening the inventory can cause the client to lock up and the title bar says "Shroud of the Avatar (QA) Not Responding". This rarely happens on live but has been happening often on QA.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open inventory anywhere in game.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16348
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052
