Opportunity Strike damage is Very low

    Title: Opportunity Strike damage is Very low
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No, but the skill is useless and is also a Master skill
    Details: After a dodge Opportunity strike is supposed to do Vicious damage. Example 133 crit. Very low damage and nothing close to Vicious. This should be doing Over 300 damage on my character, that would exceed damage done by my other skills by maybe 30 damage.
    Steps to Reproduce: After you dodge a spell Use Opportunity Strike
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16345
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.716.Date.12.19.17
