Options in Launcher and settings confirmation?

This is not really a huge thing that needs to be done right away but it would be awesome if the various settings (graphics mainly) were avaliable to be edited in the Launcher because I've experienced previously with SotA and other game that if you choose the wrong settings it causes the game to crash even after you restart it and the only way to fix this problem is to edit the registry. It would also be a good idea to add in a confirmation dialog when changing the graphic settings with a timer that will revert the settings if they are bad settings and you can't click yes before the timer runs out. I thought that I should mention this because it could help people problem changing to a setting that would cause the game to be unplayable.
