Oracle and Lord British

A question about the Oracle and Lord British for those who have already seen this or accept a spoiler.

Why is Lord British someone that the Oracle can never know?

If he was the first Avatar on the Path of Virtue, why hasn't the Oracle judged and given advice to him like all other Avatars that are coming after?

Is Lord British different than other Avatars? Did he bring the virtues to New Britannia? Did he create the Oracle? Will we see lore that addresses this in Episode 1?

Seriously, the Oracle ought to be one of the key figures of the story. And the details of the main storyline are actually hidden by design. Wait for the entire narrative to unfold: at this point, with the information you can gather from published sources, you don't have anywhere near a shade of a glint of a hope to understand it all. You may or may not then discover that your very questions make no tangible sense. And/or that your assumption - especially on the completeness of the timeline - be even remotely accurate.
