Oracle in Ardoris shows face but has no text

Clicking on the Oracle in Ardoris makes the face extend and my chat to the Oracle is prefaced by:
Trelass Selarts: (to the Oracle)

but the Oracle does not answer.

 

Can you confirm if this issue is still occurring for you? We're having difficulty reproducing this locally. Are you playing with a specific language setting? It's also possible it was a client delay with the server and lagging the conversation from loading at the time.

If you could type /bug and paste the information that comes up as a response. Any details to help us isolate what might be causing it to occur for you.

 

I cannot reproduce this today either and it is still the same QA.Win.64.316 build. Thank you for your attention. I will post specifics here anyway, in case they help.

Yesterday, double clicking on the flat Oracle screen caused the face to appear, but no text from The Oracle. My text was written as if I were in conversation with The Oracle.

Today, double clicking on the Oracle screen results in both the face and a greeting from the Oracle, enabling the conversation mode.

I had not changed any settings.
