Orange Supply Bundles - Contents not worthy of this rarity

Today our guild did a few sieges and Cabalists. Very fun. We were fortunate to get two Orange Supply Bundles off of the cabalists that we downed. However, the contents of these bundles where beyond disappointing.

Mine contained:
- Pumpkin Soup
- Teleport Scroll
- Potion of Focus
- Cure Poison Potion

The other Orange Supply Bundle had something like 2 Slices of Apple Pie and a Healing Potion.

This seems to be way off for the rarity of this drop. I regularly get the same items (and more items) from a Gray Supply Bundle.

There have been previous reports that have received no response at all. Example:

This appears to be quite broken. Can we look into fixing this so that rare bundles (at least Orange and Blue) have higher-end loot?
