Ornate Greenhouse - Groth Rate x0.1 on Glass Roof

    1. Title: Ornate Greenhouse - Groth Rate x0.1 on Glass Roof
    2. Reproduction Rate: 99%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Groth Rate only x0.1 instead of 2.0. Sometimes the Groth Rath changes after a few seconds from x0.1 to x2.0. But my plants dont grow since saturday. See Pic.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Area: Dracheninsel (POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Dracheninsel) Loc: (37.4, 89.2, -75.6)
    6. User Specs: -
    PS:
    I placed the planting beds as Co-Owner.
    Tested with Owner and no difference in the UI Display
    House is a Guild House.
