OS X video menu has no pulldown

    Title: OS X video menu has no pulldown

    Blocker?Potentially, if you can't figure out what's going on
    Details: In spite of multiple resolutions being available, there is no res pulldown in the video config dialog. See spoiler. Clicking on that spot does get a menu, but it's less than obvious if you aren't looking for it, and violates the UI conventions.
    Steps to Reproduce:Luanch the OS X client
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.12.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5675R CPU @ 3.10GHz (4) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro Graphics 6200 GPU RAM: 1536
