Other player's archery shooting animation not always playing?

    Title: Other player's archery shooting animation not always playing?

    Details: Watching someone shoot arrows while standing on the fence here, sometimes the arrows keep going but the animation stops. See video here.
    Steps to Reproduce: Unsure - possibly related to elevation, and the fence, and how sometimes when players stand on a fence (or other objects), they shift up and down periodically?
