I just completed the Truth questline. Can I do the other two?

 

Of course. And you should. Complete the other two and you then embark on the Path of the Oracle. Have fun my friend!

Yes sir. You will enter these areas the same as someone who "started the journey" there, but the storylines pick right up. And enjoy the other outskirts as well, these maps are very well done with lots of quests as you may have discovered while in Blood River Outskirts.

My favorite was the Path of Courage. Took some effort but was fun
