    1. Title: Our eardrums apparently are attached to our cameras instead of our heads...
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no, but very disconcerting
    4. Details: I place my character a short distance from a scene's water source and then rotate around by holding down the Right Mouse button and the water sound's volume varies from almost silent, 0%, to normal depending upon the camera angle, even though my character is not moving at all.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go here: Area: Crossroads (POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Crossroads) Loc: (17.1, 36.3, -115.1) and use the right mouse button to vary you viewing angle. Notice that the water sounds will vary from almost silent to loud. While standing in approximately the same spot, rotate your actual character. Notice that sounds volume does NOT vary by angle character is pointing towards, but rather the angle the camera is pointed.
    6. User Specs:
Microsoft Windows 7 Pro SP 1
      Intel Core i7-4790K
      RAM 16 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (driver 381.65)
      Samsung SSD 840 EVO (500GB)
