"Overall" Fishing %chance suddenly got a low "cap"

    Title: "Overall" Fishing %chance suddenly got a low "cap"

    Details: With Fishing @ 107 I rejoiced when R61 arrived - and finally saw fishing %'s above about 68%.
    Today, having visited the "Daily" fish towns and 3 other locations, after at least 300 casts (most likely 500) I never saw a % above 67%.
    Please recognize this as an important issue - given the popularity of Fishing - and put it up a bit high on your need to fix list........

    Hello Mr R. Frost. I had the same issue when I came back to sota after a break..

    But when i noticed the new skills in the fishing tree it all made sense.

    I'm probably sure you have this fixed by now and thanks for reporting the taunt issue.
