Overland Banners are getting cut off by something.

Blocker = NO

As you can see in the photo below the 2 Yellow banners/titles are getting cutoff by something ( could be trees.)

As I turn the cutting pattern changes and so thats Why I think its trees that are getting in the way..

Details: to me it looks like the skyline is the cutoff edge for the banners visibility, see screenshot below.
Steps to Reproduce:look up as you travel the Overland Map
User Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) 9750 Quad-Core Processor (4) System RAM: 6144
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 GPU RAM: 979
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.432.Date.06.30.16
Area: Novia
Loc: (-372.3, 18.1, 89.9)

 

I also see exact same issue: the banners are affected by the horizon line, in all area of the Overland
