    Title: Overlapping Carpenter Vendor and Guard in Elad's Lighthouse
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Guard and Carpenter Vendor in Elad's Lighthouse are overlapping each other while I was interacting with the Carpenter Vendor. I can also overlap my character with both NPCs.

    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz (12) System RAM: 65536
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD - FirePro D500 OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.579.Date.03.30.17
    Area: Novia_R3_City_Elads
    Area Display Name: Elad's Lighthouse
    Loc: (140.4, 43.8, 126.4)
