Overworld and POT hitching is just as bad as R59

    On the QA feedback board, I said some nice things about how much frame rate and hitching had improved in this release on the OS X client. Unfortunately, I have to take it back. On the production server, both are just as wretched in deco'ed POTs and on the overworld as in R59. Whatever it is that makes responsiveness s*** in production is still with us.

    The overworld is for me also very hitchy. The rest is doing ok, at least last time I played. I have not tried the latest 2 or 2 patches yet...
