Overworld map: cannot enter scenes via click

    Title: Overworld map: cannot enter scenes
    Reproduction Rate: 2x
    Blocker? almost
    Details: Started in a POT, left it to overland map, the tag "Enter Area" was stuck on avatar and did move with the avatar (not active though). Reaching a town I could click the tag, but without effect. Still the same after a restart. Pressing "e" did work though

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 32694
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8145
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.491.Date.04.26.17
    Area: Novia
    Area Display Name: Novia
    Loc: (127.1, 12.7, 112.1)
