Title: Owl's Head : recipes vendor on holydays

Details: It's been 4 hours (real time) that I try to see the recipes vendors in Owl's Head. The Carpentry and Tailoring ones are there, but those in the building behind Myra are not. Be it at night or in daytime, they won't show up.

They are gone .

 

aside from them being gone, there's a new smith up the hill in the upper market next to theo the weapons seller, and the alchemist and cooking recipes are on the appropriate npcs too.

 

Thanks for the info Alley Oop. I found out this by myself but thanks for your time nonetheless. It's a shame that lots of recipes are drops only now. A warning about this would have been welcome instead of removing tier 2 mats recipes suddenly... or so quietly if you prefer.
