Owls Head Sewer Lich Chest

Eleven runs in a row this chest has only had a benefactors cloak in it, has anybody actually got epic gear or anything else from this chest in R13?

 

I haven't been down there since the last release, and I remember getting some epic gear from the chest. It was located somewhere in the center half submerged in water. There were also two liches there if we are talking about the same room.

 

Yeah but this release they changed the lich chests so they only have a chance of having epic gear. That one in particular i am having no luck with and suspect is either broken or the world hates me lol

 

I will do a run on this today and see if I have any luck.

 

I got epic gear from it once in R13 ( I have not bother much with dungeons since I still have leftovers from R12). Not all though, seemed to me that chance of the epic gear was 50%, but it is suppoesed to be 5%, so perhaps they fixed it and you have to do dungeon lots of times to get it.

 

Just now in kings port sewers i opened lich chest one 20 times and got 4 epic plate legs (+junk) and lich chest two 20 times and got 5 epic cloth gauntlets and 1 epic cloth legs. I must have just got unlucky with the owls head one.

 

I just did the Owls Head run and you are right. In single player mode ( I wanted to make sure no one else was looting it before I got there ), and I only found a benefactors cape. Nothing else. So you are right. They did change it.

Edit: Net may be right about the change in % rating of finding it now.

 

I believe they said the epic armor is a 5% drop chance now.

 

Attempt 35 got me an epic plate torso XD i can't remember which one had cloth chest and boots.
