    unable to place 'Air Balloon' Add-On Store item into POT map area.
    able to place Tree sets, Street lamps and other items from the Add-On Store into POT area(s) around the map.

    Have you even looked for other bug reports on these above items, really don't need a new thread they are already there.

    Have you placed over your limit? are you trying to place on a Lot like supposed to, they do not just drop on a POT anywhere.
