Part III Brit Central issues (account issues)

I checked my sons account. I am standing in front of my PoT keep deed marker. The game refuses to load the lot for Starman, I cant enter the lot. He is the owner of the lot. He cannot enter the lot. Silverti is my son, he can load the lot perfectly and walk onto the lot. I have zoned multiple times. This is on the exact same computer, both clients open at the same time.
