Details: Passive Stance says, at skill level 30, for example:
+8.0 Focus Regen for 60 Seconds
+8.0 Combat Focus Regen for 60 Seconds
Yet, it does not increase Focus Regen by 8 per second, 8 per tick, 8%, or anything related to 8. It increases focus regen by approximately 0.9 per second.
Testing Parameters: Build 442. Adventure Level 7. 135 Focus Pool. Passive Stance skill level 30.
Duration to recover 135 focus without passive stance: 51 seconds. (2.65 Focus Regen per second)
Duration to recover 135 focus with Passive Stance: 38 seconds. (3.55 Focus Regen per second)

Perhaps the decimal place is in the wrong place, and it's actually 0.8 per second, currently?
Note: If it's working as intended, the stance is pointless, given the -50% movement rate, -50% attack speed, -100 damage resistance, and 75% increased fizzle rate, so if it is working as intended, my feedback will be: This skill needs a serious buff to make it worthwhile, given the downsides/negatives.

It's also worth noting that focus regen times in or out of combat, currently, are identical. Not sure if that's working as intended or not, but making note of it here so it's not missed.

Steps to Reproduce: Cast spells/use glyphs until focus is zero, time how long it takes to recover with and without Passive Stance. Note the increase in focus regen per tick or per second, and see how it has no correlation to the hover tooltip numbers for Passive Stance.
