    Title: In patch 453, mouselook sensitivity is messed up if entering a scene in reticule mode
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: After patch 453, if you enter any new scene, including overland maps, if you are in reticule mode, the mouselook sensitivity will be many times higher than normal upon entering - unusably high. It can be worked around by briefly entering cursor mode, but "the fix" needs to be repeated each time when entering a new scene.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter a scene in reticule mode. Observe the insane sensitivity. Press the Tab key twice to enable and disable cursor mode, observe how the problem has been (temporarily) fixed.
    User Specs:

    @Attenwood
    This bug is still persisting (current patch 458). Insanely high sensitivity at the beginning of every scene.
