[Patch Pending 222431] Skill cap not working in Verdantis Shardfall

    Details:
    The skill cap is not currently active in verdantis shardfall. Its still listed at the top of the screen where the scene information is. But hovering over a skill that is above the cap use to have (110) next to it, it's not currently doing that. All my skills were at full strength.

    Steps to Reproduce: enter the Shardfall and look at skills above 110

    verified. i note that my adv level is reduced to 110 in that scene. the level cap IS working, the skill cap is not.
