Path of Love - Priestess and Shogun no dialog

After completing the Tower of the Shattered Eye, no dialog box would open for either the Priestess or the Shogun. The camera would zoom in like conversation was starting but no text box. After a few seconds it would zoom back out to normal perspective. However if you did this with both NPCs, you would recieve quest reqard experience and new entry in Journal.

Was attempted with three seperate players. Logging out and back in did not resolve.
