Paver and tropical island fauna coming through

1. Title: Fauna is coming through pavement

4. Details: I have had several reports form my islanders that they see trees and the likes through the pavement. I have adjusted the pavement but I see nothing on my end. I do sometimes see them when I log into instance then I adjust the paver and they go away at least for me.
5. Steps to Reproduce: use paver on tropical island log out and in and you will see some trees and fauna pop through
6. User Specs: N/A. I am using an NVidia card not sure if graphics cards / drivers cause different issues.
