    Title: Peasant Clothing Merchant wanders around too much causes trade window to close

    Details: While attempting to buy items from the Peasant Clothing Merchant, they start wandering off and the trade window will close before I can buy anything. Can't they be set to stationary while a player speaks to them until finished? Not sure if you have such a function or not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Find an encounter area where the Peasant Clothing Merchants spawns in randomly, try to purchase from them.
