Title: Pet Attack Target rarely works now
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
Details: When I try to use the Pet Attack Target key bind command, it rearely works, especially if the pet is already fighting something. I have the pet (in this case a water elemental) set to Agressive mode. This worked fine in R66.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    - bind a key to Pet Attack Target
    - target a mob, preferably a ways in the distance (I used to be able to use it from quite a distance, did you add stricter navmesh checks?)
    . press the key
    - try to get the pet to actually do anything but follow you

And when it DOES work, it takes like 5 secs for the damn pet to actually respond and do something./...@

Yes but that's "normal" in that it's been that way for a long time. This is a new problem.
