Pet health with combat training

details: combat training only goes up +1 after a good few skill ups, but the +1 doesnt tie up with the hp increase
steps

start at 60, says +12, at 61 the Hp goes up, the +1 didnt
at 69 it goes up to +13, but no hp job, but by 71, still no HP increase.

so for 11 skill ups, I got 1 lot of HP rises, for e bucket load of hp..



everything else would say like 12.4% or something, and if it went up, the hp would go up..
