Title: Pet pathing abnormal on closely placed lots (PoT)

Reproduction Rate: Varies depending on placement and selective pathing

    Blocker? No

Details: I have two PoT lots (village and town) that are placed immediately next to each other (boundary lines touching for seamless deco). Pets from the town lot tend to constantly run into the wall bordering the village lot and the pets from the village lot tend to warp into the town lot upon placement at times. When placing the pets on follow, it gets really buggy as the pets from the village lot get stuck on deco items (near the town lot), and one of the pets from the town lot attempts to follow to the boundary line then warps back to it's placement (while the other two continue running into walls).

Steps to Reproduce: Place the pets as normal and run back and forth between adjacent lots (pathing for pets either on follow or patrol). (image attached below)
