Pets get stuck

1. Reproduction Rate: random, loves getting stuck on my plot but this time wouldnt leave kingsport
2. Blocker? no
3. Details: if you dash from your property your pet will more than likely stay, in this, I couldnt nail why he woudlnt come but I could run around as much as I liked and he totally ignored me, and wasnt on stay
4. Steps to Reproduce: not entirely clear, dash seems to effect them if leaving your plot, but, in this case as its overworld you cant do that, he just was standing in a house and wouldnt budge..
