Many times I have noticed being pick pocketed while in Owl's Head and not being PVP. But the thief was set to pvp and invisible most of the time.As I understand this is a bug and should be fixed.

    Thanks

The same thing happened to me. Possibly even the same thief.

I have not tried this (or been a victim yet), but I have heard people saying recently that no one has to be flagged for pickpocketing to happen in the current release. Beware in Owl's Head and Brittany, haha! I hear they are lousy with pickpockets :p

Same deal with me. A character named Juko was set to pvp and was able to pick pocket me even though I didn't have a pvp tag up. From reading the Developer notes, he shouldn't be able to do this. It's a bug and an exploit. And there are now several characters in Owl's Head doing this. I wonder if I can kill him under the same bug? Now that would be justice. But then I wouldn't be able to loot him to get my stuff back unless he ransomed it.

Intentionally exploiting a bug to steal from other players is an action that should get a person permanently banned from the game. In my opinion.

Agreed. Would be nice for them to actually enforce punishment on those who are exploiting bugs. Send a good message prior to final wipe.

We should have a fix in for this. We will have much stricter policies on the exploitation of bugs post-R32. Thanks for reporting.

I hope so, because I think Chris's message was the second or third time you guys have said "you better stop doing that!" Yet people don't stop unless you make them. So please make them.

I don't understand why there would be second chances if you KNOW someone is cheating. I hope that's what you mean by "stricter policies", no second chances. I hope this translates to any secondary accounts as well. Let them play in offline mode forever.

There are so many broken mechanics... if they are not fixed by R32 it will be hard to avoid exploiting them even unintentionally ^^
