Piercing Breeze, not doing what it says?

Ok was out fighting and hit TorcDawl with this and it knocked him to his knees for a second or two - So it appears it is doing a combination of the aimed shot and the gust, not knocking him back but down and short stun. What is + 50 attack skill do anyhow

Also is it a bug that combining skills does significantly less than the individual skills??\

I believe this is unique behavior to fighting the troll, and if done on any normal monster, you will appropriately see the gust knock back. The damage difference is odd though, so that is submitted for bug treatment. Thanks for reporting.
