Piercing Breeze not hitting targeted target

    1. Title: Piercing Breeze not hitting targeted target
    2. Reproduction Rate: all the time
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: when more then one enemy is attacking me, and I have one of them as my locked target, and cast the combo Piercing Breeze, the skill is cast onto a different enemy other than my locked target, seems to be cast onto the more near enemy, or onto the more centered target relative to the camera position, this also seems to happen when just casting Gust
    5. Steps to Reproduce: see above
