Title:planting Pot stuck on cursor (cannot place)

    Reproduction Rate:100%

Blocker?Yes (to the extent that you're forced to relog to clear the error state)

Details:When attempting to place a planting pot upon my plot, it hangs on the cursor and refuses to be set down upon left click. Right clicking doesn't clear the issue, either. User must relog to clear the problem.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Visit your housing plot (or mine as noted if you can)
    2. Pick up planting pot from your inventory
    3. Drag into plot and attempt to place/drop using left click
    4. Note that planting pot is green as expected
    5. Note that planting pot is not placed
    6. Use right click to attempt to clear planting pot/return it to inventory
    7. Note that planting pot remains on cursor
    8. Use drag/release left click to attempt to return it to inventory
    9. Note that planting pot remains on cursor
    10. Attempt to drag planting pot outside plot and drop it
    11. Note it turns red, has the correct "X" icon, but releasing doesn't return it to player inventory, either.
