Placing some NPCs causes items to go red and stay stuck

    Reproduction Rate:repeated despite logging out et al
    Blocker?Yes - blocking town decorations
    Details:

    Place various female NPCs, such as bartenders, armor merchant (M&F), home merchant, fishing merchant, weapon merchant, pet merchant (Male)

    Steps to Reproduce:go place, the spares of the same type turn red in inv, cannot move them, after logging they are back in inv.

    PS in fact splitting the caretaker stack seems to have a similar effect both are now red..
    So, having dug up my tavern and moved it.. now I cant place stuff down
