planters in dungeons with the wrong status, not loading the visual

i showed @DavidDC through a screenshare. i have cotton in a dungeon that should be just ready for third watering today 10/3. instead, they are showing as mature. they do not load the visuals for the plants when i approach the room or the beds, only when i actually walk across the centerpoint of the bed. harvesting gets me a full yield, as if i did not miss two waterings.

   Note: I harvested all these the night before release, so expected them to be empty (maybe data isn't that recent?).

I also noticed something like this when approaching my house. I leave the door open and normally see the interior lighting from a long distance. But, now, if I stand on the lot marker and take a couple steps back, the interior lights go off.

May not be exactly the same thing. But, seems related.

Title: Planting Beds do not update unless to step on them

Details: When i came close to a lot with placed planting beds only a few were shown the plants, all others are saying "unused soil" if you mouse over. If you step onto that planting beds the plants will appear and show the right condition when mouse over.
