    Title: Plants in basement will not harvest or disappear
    Reproduction Rate: Probably 10% of the planters
    Blocker? yes
    Details: Tried to harvest, and planter boxes around these will harvest, but they will not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to harvest
