Plants won't grow anymore

    Title: Plants won't grow anymore
    Reproduction Rate: All my city lot is now locked, all my planting beds outside and inside the greenhouse have something that is growing, but I cannot do anything with them since the process of growing seems to be stopped.
    Blocker?Yes, I cannot harvest and therefore make some new plants for 2 days now
    Details: The nightshade that is outside is the first one that bugged out. While I was waiting for it to mature I planted some pumpkins in my greenhouses on my 3 lots. I had to put my house on the city lot for a few mins after watering the pumpkins, which I did. I then replaced the plants and it was supposed to mature in one hour. After I left the greenhouse on the lot all night long and when I logged this morning it was still watered without having maturing.
    Steps to Reproduce: Remove then restore the property without removing the lot itself
