Plate Boots missing image.

    Title: Plate Boots Rending missing.
    Reproduction Rate: Sometimes, at certain angles plate boots are missing, at other angles plate boots show.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Purchased a set of plate boots from combat vendor in player town, and equipped them. The plate boots do not show, nor does the player character's feet. It appears as close up the Plate Boots will show, but at you zoom out further from the character the Plate Boots will disappear. Maybe something to do with the viewing distance?
    Steps to Reproduce: Purchase set of Plate Boots from NPC Vendor "Combat Merchant", equip Plate Boots to character.
